We offer a flat-rate shipping fee of $60 on all custom PC orders within the continental U.S. This covers secure packaging, insurance, and tracking.

Processing & Build Time:
Please allow 5–10 business days for your PC to be built, tested, and prepared for shipment after payment is confirmed.

Shipping Time:
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 2–5 business days, depending on your location.

Tracking:
You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your PC is on its way.

Insurance & Protection:
Every PC is shipped with full insurance and packed using protective foam to ensure safe transit. If any damage occurs during shipping, contact us immediately with photos and details.
