Due to the nature of custom-built computers and individually sourced components, all sales are final and no returns or refunds will be accepted once a build has been purchased and parts have been ordered.

Custom Builds Are Final
Each PC is hand-built to match the specifications selected by the customer. Once your order is confirmed and parts are procured, the build process cannot be reversed or refunded.

No Returns on Opened or Installed Components
All components, once installed or opened for assembly, are no longer eligible for return. This ensures that every customer receives brand-new, unused parts in their build.

Deposits and Payments Are Non-Refundable
All deposits and payments toward custom builds are non-refundable, regardless of project status. This includes situations where the customer changes their mind after parts are ordered.
