Terms & Conditions – Custom PC Builds

By placing an order through Lavonne Pro Performance PCs, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Order Process

• To initiate your build, you must select a PC configuration by “Filling Out the Form” and complete your purchase with a secure payment through Paypal, Venmo or Square.

• After payment, we can begin processing your order.

• We will confirm receipt of both your payment and form submission before beginning your build.

2. Parts Procurement

• Once your payment is confirmed, we will begin purchasing the individual components for your build.

• We will notify you once all parts have been received and the build process is ready to begin.

3. Refund Policy

• All sales are final.
  Due to the nature of custom PC builds and the cost of components, we do not offer refunds once the parts have been purchased.

4. Build Completion & Final Payment

• After your PC is fully built, we will contact you with the final labor balance due.

• This balance reflects the total build cost minus the component budget, and includes any additional upgrades or services discussed.

• Full payment is required before pickup or delivery can be scheduled.

5. Delivery & Pickup

• You may choose to either:

  • Pick up your completed PC at the designated location 821 N 29th St Camden, NJ 08105, or

  • Have it delivered — we offer delivery within a 2-hour radius of the pickup location.

• Delivery times will be coordinated after final payment is made.

6. Warranty & Liability

• All PCs are hand-built and tested before delivery.

• Lavonne Pro Performance PCs is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, modification, or improper handling after delivery or pickup.

7. Final Acknowledgment

By proceeding with a purchase, you confirm that:

• You understand and accept the build process timeline.

• You agree to the no-refund policy.

• You will complete all required payments prior to receiving your PC.
